How to Paint a Kid’s Play Room

Murals:  You can never go wrong with a mural.  You can choose a scene that depicts your child’s interest or fascination, select something gender neutral, and many other good ideas.

Chalkboard. A blank canvas, and chalk in hand of a child can be very beneficial, particularly when they have an authorized wall for scribbles that provide hours of fun.  Without the worry of damage, your little one having a wall with the chalkboard paint can offer creative opportunities.  To separate the space, consider incorporating white wainscoting with a chair rail along the lower third of the wall, and chalkboard paint on an accent wall by keeping the chalkboard paint.  After they draw and color their own creative masterpieces on the wall, easy cleanup is achieved with a simple chalkboard eraser.

Pastel and/or Brights: Imagination and creativity is fueled with visual stimulation coming from brights and pastel colors. It can make your playroom more playful, exciting, and unique, no matter if you implement accessories or bright paint. As they hide and play beneath the parachute, children have loved playing under the parachute for a playtime activity for decades.  Paint the parachute, this adds color to room without it being overwhelming on the ceiling.  paint tringles out in red, green, yellow, and blue, or even in pastel colors using the center point of the ceiling.  Squared-out playrooms with a raised ceiling, this design is especially having an amazing look.

Masculine Playroom:  Especially if you are designing a playroom specifically for boys, an inventive option for parents is the racetrack room.  For most little boys, even if it is only a phase, fast cars, even an enticing play time.  A painted racetrack looping and curving up and down the wall is the perfect application for your racer. A few options include creating an accent wall or make a track which bends around the entire room and provide your little boys to do laps for hours.

Feminine Playroom: The ideal playroom can have a feminine touch if you want something for your little princesses.  An all-time favorite among the little girls is glitter.  Including glitter in the paint for your walls are some inspirations can be provided for your fairy or princess’s playtime. Carefully toss thick crafting glitter from top to bottom and let dry after you paint the choice color on the walls and while it is wet.  Blow some glitter onto the walls or use a fan for a less glitter.
